What I recommend is something called “calorie shifting.” This technique involves first, eat 4-5 healthy meals in small quantities each day (without restriction of nutrients or calories). Secondly, what is going to do is switch the pattern of when you eat specific nutrients (roaming). This works very well as the body gets used to our eating habits and metabolism will fit this pattern. When this pattern is broken, it triggers your metabolism to the highest point and thus making it easier and faster to lose belly fat.
